Training on Tuesdays and Fridays evenings , 7 til 8 for children, 8 til 9 for teens and adults. Our experienced coaches are here to guide you through your kickboxing journey, providing individualised training plans and expert advice to help you reach your full potential.

You will be coached by Kickboxing GB certified Instructor Giles Hall, (see Gallery). With a history of producing and developing competition winners and developing those whose interests lie in fitness and wellbeing . Find out more about the lead coach here.

Kickboxing GB approved instruction allows you confidence in the techniques and supports your training all the way through from beginner to Black Belt. We are a supportive club and welcome all who would like to train and emphasise the option to train together as a family.

Targeted learning
Kickboxing GB approved Grading system
Kickboxing GB is part of WAKO, the international kickboxing organisation. Each student is a member of this and the opportunities that comes within. From beginner lessons to advanced techniques, we have something for everyone, and you can see your progression through our tailored syllabus.

Gradings take place within the club, either by lead coach Giles Hall or an executive from Kickboxing GB. A clear syllabus details the requirements for each stage and feedback on progression helps tailor training to the individual.

We support training with friends or in a family group to share the experience. We will help with your development in mentoring others in the club and working towards your individual goals.
Meet the Lead Coach

Mr Giles Hall
​Giles started training in martial arts at the age of 12. He has achieved Black belts in both WT Taekwondo and ITF style with the TAGB. Giles also spent time boxing with Aldershot ABC. A strong competitor over the years has led to an array of titles with a perfect combination of the best kicking and boxing skills. Having a lot of success in individual sparring coaching, Giles has taken the decision to form his own club, Strike Kickboxing, working in conjunction with the leading organisations in this field.

Emphasis in the sessions is placed on individual development to help you achieve your goals. This could be competitive, fitness related or social.
